📜 Cancellation & Refund Policy

At VR Nand Yashoda customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before dispatch.

• Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• To request a cancellation, kindly contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone with your order details.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for orders cancelled within the allowed time (before dispatch).

• Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• No refunds are provided after the product has been shipped or delivered.

Exchange / Replacement

• We accept exchanges only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures or video as proof.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• In case of size or preference issues, exchanges may be allowed (shipping charges borne by the customer).

Non-Refundable Items

• Products purchased during sale or clearance offers are not eligible for return/refund.

• Customized or altered items cannot be returned or refunded.
